Mocha Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. medium-grind coffee
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. sifted confectioners sugar, firmly packed
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Add the coffee to the water and heat to boiling.
    Remove from heat immediately and let stand 2 minutes.
    Then strain through very fine strainer or through cheesecloth to remove all grounds. Cool.
    Never use leftover regular coffee.
