Flank Steak Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 flank steak (1 3/4 to 2 lb.)
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 clove garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Place steak in a shallow baking dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well.
    Pour over steak; cover and marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours, turning occasionally.
    Remove steak, reserving marinade for basting.
    Grill 5 inches from hot coals about 4 minutes on each side, turning frequently and basting with marinade.
    Serve, slicing across grain into thin slices.
