Golden Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    3 c. diced potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook vegetables in water until done.
    Add the 2 tablespoons flour to milk and use a whisk so there's no lumps.
    Add to vegetables and water, stirring.
    Add Velveeta cheese, cut into small chunks.
    Keep stirring until cheese is melted.
