Egg And Sausage Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage
6 eggs
6 slices bread, cubed
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage in a medium skillet and drain.
Mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
Add bread, cheese and sausage.
Pour into 8 x 11-inch glass baking dish that has been lightly greased. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove from oven and let it stand a few minutes before serving.
Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
