Oriental Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. chicken wings (fresh or frozen)
    1 bottle light soy sauce
    ground ginger
    garlic powder
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place wings in pan.
    Pour soy sauce over wings.
    Generously sprinkle with ground ginger.
    Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 or more hours.
