Oreo Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. pkg. Oreos
    1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    3 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Crumble 1/2 Oreos into a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Mix pudding as directed on package and fold in cream cheese and Cool Whip.
    Mix together.
    Pour pudding mixture on top of Oreos.
    Crumble remaining 1/2 of Oreos on top.
