Ingredients

1 lb. carrots
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
2 Tbsp. cold water
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Put first 3 ingredients in a dish and cover.
Microwave on High
for
9
to 11 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
Mix water and
cornstarch until smooth.
Stir into carrot mixture and cover. Microwave on High for 2 to 4 minutes.
