Batter Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. yeast
    1 3/4 c. warm water
    2 beaten eggs
    1 qt. flour plus a little
    1 c. rolled wheat (i.e., Arrowhead Mills Cracked Wheat cereal)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. powdered milk
    3/8 c. butter
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients.
    Set aside.
    Mix rest of ingredients.
    Add yeast mixture.
    Mix well.
    Pour into hot pan in which a small amount of shortening has been heated.
    Bake at 375\u00b0.
