Hot Cheddar Rounds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. party rye or pumpernickel
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine mayonnaise, cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
    Spread mixture on bread and place under broiler 2 to 3 minutes until cheese bubbles.
