Beef Burritos(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. parboiled rice
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 large green pepper, diced
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (16 oz.) can black beans, drained
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Mexican style tomatoes
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
    1/2 c. bottled salsa
Preparation
    About 40 minutes before serving, in small pan, prepare rice as directed on label; do not add salt.
    Meanwhile, in nonstick 12-inch skillet over high heat, cook ground beef, green pepper and onion until beef is well browned and vegetables are tender.
    Drain.
    Stir in chili powder and salt.
    Cook, stirring 1 minute.
    Add beans, tomatoes, corn and cooked rice.
    Heat about 15 minutes.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
