Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sausage
    1/4 c. minced onion
    14 oz. shredded sauerkraut, drained
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Fry sausage and onion until brown.
    Add sauerkraut and bread crumbs.
    Blend cream cheese, mustard, garlic salt and parsley.
    Add sausage and sauerkraut mixture to cream cheese mixture.
    Chill 1 hour or more.
    Form into 3/4-inch balls.
    Dip in egg and milk mixture and roll in flour.
    Fry in deep fat for 30 to 60 seconds. Can be frozen and heated in microwave.
