Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
1/3 c. Thousand Island dressing
1 1/2 c. cooked turkey or 1/2 lb. cooked corned beef
8 oz. Swiss or Muenster cheese
1/2 loaf Jewish rye bread
1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation

Stir sauerkraut with liquid and dressing into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Top with turkey or corned beef.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly hot.
Add cheese slices.
Top with bread slices. Brush margarine on bread. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes or until crisp.
