Mint Chip Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pound cake mix
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. mint chocolate chips
Preparation
    Microwave 1/2 cup chips on Medium (50%) for 1 to 2 minutes. Stir until smooth.
    Combine chocolate with rest of ingredients. Beat 4 minutes with electric mixer.
    Fold in remaining 1 1/2 cups mint chips.
    Pour into 9-inch round pan.
    Microwave at 50% for 3 minutes. Then microwave on High for 3 minutes.
    This will use 3 cups batter.
    Sprinkle with chocolate powdered sugar.
