Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pastry shell, baked and cooled
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 cup cold water
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 box (3 Tbsp.) strawberry jello
    1 cup of boiling water
    red food coloring
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 quart of fresh strawberries, whole
Preparation
    Make a paste of the cornstarch, cold water, sugar and jello. Add 1 cup of boiling water and a few drops of red food coloring. Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly.
    Add 2 tsp. lemon juice and 1 Tbsp. margarine.
    Let cool.
    Mix with the one quart of strawberries.
    Pour into baked pie shell and top with Cool Whip.
