Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (not instant)
    8 oz. mushrooms (do not drain)
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef consomme
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can French onion soup
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Put in 2-quart casserole.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Do not cover until the last half hour of bake time.
