Tempting Tuna Melts(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 1/8 oz.) can tuna in water, drained and flaked
    1/4 c. Kraft Free nonfat mayonnaise
    1/4 c. green onions
    1/4 c. red pepper, chopped
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    2 English muffins, split and toasted
    4 lettuce leaves
    4 tomato slices
    8 Kraft Free singles
    nonfat pasteurized cheese product
Preparation
    Mix tuna, dressing, onions, red pepper and seasonings.
    For each sandwich, top English muffin half with lettuce, tomato and tuna mixture.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Broil 1 minute.
    Top with 2 Kraft Free singles. Broil 1 to 2 minutes, or until Kraft Free singles begin to melt.
    Makes 4 sandwiches.
    Each sandwich contains only 2 grams of fat.
