Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 small jar pimento, chopped
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
few drops of Tabasco
dash of salt
chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine softened cheeses; add other ingredients, except pecans.
Mix well.
Divide into 3 balls or logs; roll in pecans. Will keep several weeks.
