Chocolate Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chocolate sprinkles
    1 oz. cocoa powder
    2 oz. confectioners sugar
    2 oz. cut nuts
    2 oz. cream cheese
Preparation
    Put the cheese, nuts, sugar and cocoa powder in your mixing bowl; stir until well mixed.
    Roll the mixture into marble sized balls in the palm of your hands.
    Spread the sprinkles on a work surface and carefully roll the truffles in them.
    Put each truffle in a paper candy cup.
    Serve!
