Veggie Platter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cauliflower
1 head broccoli
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or salt
2 medium tomatoes
1/4 tsp. thyme
2 zuchinni squash
Preparation

Arrange cauliflower, broccoli, and zuchinni on plate and cover with saran wrap.
Microwave approximately 8 minutes.
Let stand for 2 minutes with the wrap still on it.
Drain liquid off. Pour 3 Tbsp. butter with 1/2 tsp. garlic powder over top.
Cover with cheese and add tomatoes.
Microwave uncovered for 1 1/2 minutes.
