Zucchini Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. cornmeal
    1 c. self-rising flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. dried basil
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grate zucchini; sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt.
    Toss to coat.
    Weight with heavy plate, and drain for 30 minutes.
