Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. condensed cream of celery soup
    1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon, drained, boned and flaked
    1 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix all
    ingredients
    together.
    Place\tin greased loaf pan, 9 x 5
    x
    3-inches.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Unmold and slice. You may serve celery soup over slices.
