Twinkie Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow or chocolate cake mix
    1 c. milk
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix and bake cake mix according to package directions in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Cool.
    Slice in half lengthwise.
    Bring milk and flour to boil, stirring constantly.
    Cool well.
    Cream remaining ingredients and add to milk and flour mixture.
    Beat until fluffy. Spread on bottom layer and top with other half of cake.
    You can refrigerate 2 days before eating.
    You can cut cake into individual pieces, wrap in Saran Wrap and put in freezer.
    Good to take out and put in lunch pails.
