Cheesecake Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. finely chopped walnuts
1/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
grated peel of 1 lemon
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sour cream
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
In medium bowl, combine first 4 dry ingredients.
Pour in butter or margarine; toss with a fork.
Pat mixture evenly into prepared pan.
Bake for 15 minutes.
In mixer bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and lemon peel until smooth.
Add eggs, beating well.
Pour over baked crust.
Bake for 25 minutes; cool 5 minutes.
In bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Spoon over cheesecake, spreading evenly.
Bake for 5 to 7 minutes.
Cool; refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Cut into bars.
