Raspberry Parfait Pie(Dietetic) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (0.3 oz.) sugar-free raspberry gelatin
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries (no sugar)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. low-fat cream cheese
2 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. D-Zerta whipped topping, whipped
1 (10-inch) pie shell
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in water.
Add raspberries and lemon juice. Stir until thawed.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Blend together cream cheese, Sweet 'N Low, salt and vanilla.
Fold in whipped topping.
Spread 1/2 of cheese mixture in pie shell.
Top with 1/2 of raspberry mixture.
Repeat layers.
Chill well.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
