Oriental Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 chopped Chinese cabbage (nappa)
    2 c. grated carrot
    1 1/2 c. chopped green onion (include tops)
    2 pkg. Ramen noodles
    2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
Preparation
    Cook Ramen noodles according to package directions omitting seasoning packet.
    Cool in cold water and drain well.
    Combine vegetables, noodles and sesame seed in a large bowl.
    Cover and refrigerate.
