Broccoli Fromage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 oz. Bleu cheese
    Ritz crackers (10 crackers, approximately 2/3 c., crushed)
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    Melt margarine; blend in flour and salt, then add milk and cheeses.
    Heat just until hot and mixed. Put broccoli in casserole; top with hot sauce, then sprinkle cracker crumbs on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 12 to 16.
