Orange Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 skinless, deboned chicken breasts
pepper to taste
all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. safflower oil
1 large onion, sliced
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Sprinkle chicken with pepper.
Coat with flour.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
Add chicken.
Cook over medium heat until brown.
In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, arrange chicken.
In the skillet, saute onion in the pan drippings until tender.
Spoon onion over chicken.
Spread orange juice over chicken.
Bake for 1 hour.
Serve with rice. Makes 4 servings.
