"Blondies" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat.
Stir in sugar until smooth.
Remove from heat and cool.
Butter a 9 x 9-inch pan.
Combine flour, powder and salt; set aside.
Beat eggs one at a time into sugar mixture.
Beat in vanilla.
Gradually stir in flour mixture.
Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle pecans over top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until blondies come away from sides of pan, 45 to 60 minutes.
Cool completely before cutting.
