Hot Broccoli Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. softened cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (thawed & well drained)
    3 c. shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, sour cream and salad dressing with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
    Stir in broccoli and 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese.
    Spoon into 9 in. pie plate.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
    Top with remaining 1/2 c. cheddar cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Garnish with blanched broccoli flowerets and red pepper strips.
    Serve with bread, crackers, or assorted cut-up vegetables.
