Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. raw zucchini, grated and packed (do not use seeds)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Stir in zucchini. Sift dry ingredients together; add to egg mixture.
    Add nuts. Bake in two greased loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
