Mother-In-Law'S Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. curlyque noodles
    2 to 3 lb. round steak
    flour
    margarine
    1 can consomme soup
    1 clove garlic
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 small can mushrooms
    1/2 pt. sour cream or buttermilk
    grated cheese
    crushed potato chips or browned buttered crumbs
Preparation
    Cook noodles; drain.
    Season steak; cut in strips.
    Roll in flour; brown in butter.
    Add consomme and garlic; simmer until tender.
    Add mushroom soup, mushrooms and sour cream.
    Mix well; add noodles.
    Put in 3-quart casserole; top with grated cheese and potato chips.
    Heat through in 350\u00b0 oven until browned on top. Makes 10 servings.
