Oven Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless chuck or other inexpensive cut of steak (1 inch thick)
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1/2 green pepper, sliced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
    2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, drained (save 1/2 c. juice)
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Place foil in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan allowing enough to cover and seal tightly.
    Cut steak into serving size pieces and arrange in foil.
    Add remaining ingredients in order listed.
    Mix tomato juice and cornstarch together and pour over top.
    Seal foil tightly.
    Bake 2 hours at 365\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
