Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 c. canned tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. chili powder
6 broad flat lasagne noodles
2 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
3 oz. Parmesan cheese
12 oz. cottage cheese
Preparation

Brown beef and onion.
Add garlic salt, tomato sauce, canned tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano and chili powder and simmer 20 minutes.
Cook noodles completely.
A tablespoon of oil will keep them from sticking together.
Put in casserole dish in layers, noodles, cheese and meat sauce.
End with layer of Mozzarella on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
