Reuben Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
4 oz. sliced corned beef, finely chopped
1/4 c. chopped, drained sauerkraut
2 to 3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Heat all ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat until hot.
Thin with milk, if necessary.
Serve with chunks of rye bread.
This recipe can be doubled and poured into hollowed out pumpernickel bread loaf and served for crowd (use a little more milk for dipping consistency).
The best rye is dark Cincinnati Rye by Klosterman's.
