Shanghai Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 c. celery slices
    1 c. condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Brown
    meat
    in hot oil.
    Add onion, garlic and celery; cook until
    tender.
    Stir in soup, thawed vegetable, rice and seasoning.\tTurn
    into
    greased
    2 1/2 quart casserole.
    Cover and bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Uncover and sprinkle with chow mein noodles;
    return
    to
    oven for about 5 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
