Butterscotch Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. butterscotch morsels
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Melt butterscotch morsels and butter in top of double boiler. Remove from heat.
    Stir in sugar; cool 5 minutes.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add eggs and vanilla to sugar, butter and butterscotch morsels.
    Blend in dry ingredients and walnuts.
    Turn into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
