Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage
    1 carrot
    1 green pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 c. white vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Shred cabbage and sprinkle salt on it.
    Let sit for 1 hour. Grate carrot, pepper and onion.
    Boil vinegar, water, sugar and seeds for one minute.
    Let cool; mix onion, carrots and pepper with cabbage.
    Pour cool liquid over cabbage mixture.
    Mix it and freeze.
