Ms. Jacqui'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken pieces, skinned
    1 can LeSueur early peas with mushrooms and onion
    3 to 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    seasoned salt and pepper to taste
    bread crumbs
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Place potatoes in a small mixing bowl; sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper.
    Pour oil over top and coat well.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Drain half of the juice off of peas and pour over potatoes.
    Coat chicken with salt and pepper as desired, then roll in bread crumbs.
    Place over top of peas.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for an hour.
    May want to cover for half of the cooking time.
