French Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar Dijon mustard
    1 c. wine vinegar
    3 c. vegetable oil
    6 to 7 garlic cloves or more
    salt and pepper to taste
    finely chopped parsley
Preparation
    In blender, combine mustard and vinegar.
    Add garlic and a little oil; blend thoroughly.
    Add oregano; blend.
    With blender running, add the oil slowly and only as much as it will absorb. Add the fresh parsley as you use it.
    Do not refrigerate.
