Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Karo dark corn syrup
1/2 c. Mazola
2 eggs
2 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 c. mashed ripe banana
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Grease 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan. Stir together corn syrup and margarine until blended. Add eggs; continue beating until light. Stir together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to syrup mixture alternately with banana. Stir in nuts. Turn into prepared pan. Bake in 375\u00b0 oven 60 to 65 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
