Mixed Squash And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small yellow squash, sliced
    3 small zucchini, sliced
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 fresh tomato, chopped
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
Preparation
    Saute squashes, onion and garlic in butter, covered, until just tender, about 7 minutes.
    Stir in tomato; sprinkle with cheese and basil.
    Re-cover and continue cooking a couple of minutes until cheese melts.
    Serves 4.
