Pesto Torta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

fresh basil (parsley, lemon basil, fresh spinach may be used for part of basil)
olive oil
garlic
roasted pine nuts or walnuts
freshly grated Parmesan and/or Romano
cream cheese or cream cheese and butter
Preparation
-
Layer cream cheese or cream cheese and butter beaten together in mold lined with dap cheese cloth with mixture of basil, oil, nuts and Parmesan.
Unmold.
Serve with crackers.
