Sausage Potato Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. smoked sausage, cut in bite size pieces
    2 1/2 c. potatoes, pared and sliced thin
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/3 c. water
    1/3 c. grated Cheddar or Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Grease a 10-inch baking dish.
    Line bottom with potatoes.
    In saucepan, heat soup and water, stirring until smooth.
    Stir in cheese; melt.
    Add sausage over potatoes.
    Pour soup and cheese mixture over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
