Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, cooked
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 to 3 jalapenos, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. soda
    3/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (about 15 oz.) can creamed corn
    3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    2 large onions, finely chopped
Preparation
    Combine buttermilk and eggs.
    Add meal, salt, soda, onions, garlic, corn and peppers.
    Pour half of mixture in a hot greased skillet.
    Add cheese and meat.
    Then pour remaining batter over cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
