Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    taco shells or Navajo fry bread
    beef barbecue or chili con carne or chopped chicken with gravy
    1 head lettuce, salad size pieces
    6 to 10 tomatoes, chopped
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    carrots, pickles (optional)
Preparation
    Break up
    fry
    bread on plate.
    Add meat sauce, then lettuce (or cabbage), tomatoes, carrots and cheese over all.
    A whole meal!
    May be as varied as you choose.
