Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. yellow squash, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    14 crackers, crushed
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. margarine
Preparation
    Cook squash, onion and salt until tender. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Reserve enough cracker crumbs for top.
    Pour in 1 1/2-quart casserole, well-greased.
    Set in a pan of water.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until set.
