Irish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes, peeled
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream, melted
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. chopped chives
    1 clove minced garlic
    2 tsp. salt
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water about 30 minutes, until tender. Drain and mash.
    Beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Add potatoes and remaining ingredients, except paprika.
    Spoon mixture into a lightly buttered 2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and store in refrigerator overnight.
    Remove next day 15 minutes before baking.
    Uncover and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
