Picnic Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag hash browns
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    pinch of pepper
    grated Cheddar cheese (for topping)
Preparation
    Mix hash browns, melted margarine, sour cream, onion, soup, 1/2 cup grated cheese, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
    Transfer to a 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish. Top with more Cheddar cheese or crumbled corn flakes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
