Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sliced apples
1 c. nuts
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in mixer.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Use an oblong cake pan.
