Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. steak cut in 1 inch strips
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 pinch pepper
1 Tbsp. molasses
1 onion
2 green bell peppers
2 red bell peppers
1 lb. tomatoes
small can of mushrooms
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
-
Dip steak in flour and brown in large skillet.
Add all other ingredients and cook on low for 3 hours.
Add small amounts of water to keep from sticking.
Serves 6.
